Strong Rock Estate & Property Management is owned and operated by Powell Laster. Powell has developed his passion for serving UHNW families and their respective properties by developing a unique skillset that blends years of experience in VIP hospitality and property management in both Montana and Colorado with a depth of knowledge and experience in high-end security management. It is the blending of these two backgrounds that ultimately provides a world-class experience for our clients. It is a small company with a big, very intentional purpose – to serve UHNW clients with the utmost in intuitive service and very best of integrity, loyalty and discretion; and ensuring security is a primary focus in everything we do.

Powell spent his early years with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and the Alaska State Troopers. He then spent several years in the private sector as Senior Director of a prominent security firm in Dallas, Texas where he managed a select group of retired FBI and Secret Service Agents, managing and coordinating special details for a Fortune 10 company. General Investigation, property & event venue security, emergency management, access control and corporate liability concerns were his specialty. Powell honed his hospitality management at a very exclusive 18,000-acre property in Montana and as General Manager of a very exclusive 10,000-acre property and membership of very select UHNW families in Colorado.

It is his personal belief that the service should be highly intuitive, based on an intimate knowledge and understanding of his client’s needs and desires. Additionally, every aspect is always rooted in a very intentional regard for security matters.
